A SaaS ERP/CRM Business Process Engineer by trade, Ray has an extensive background in successful SaaS ERP/CRM business process engineering and implementation projects. Graduating from Aston University UK, Ray was formally the CEO of Dataforce Corporation, a 150 person consulting firm specializing in Oracle eBusiness ERP/CRM. Ray is in tune dealing with and understanding small to mid-sized businesses and has assisted many in their growth strategy to increase revenue and decrease costs. Part of this strategy is adopting an on-demand ERP/CRM solution. |

Carol has worked for many successful soperations as Director of Finance. Up until 2001, Carol served as CFO of Dataforce Corporation, a mid-sized consulting company that specialized in ERP/CRM implementations for Oracle eBusiness Suite. Carol was strategic in Dataforce's rapid growth and successfully managed all financial aspects of the business. As CFO of Skyytek, Carol is successfully managing the growth of Skyytek in the on-demand applications arena. She also lends her experience to some of our customers to ensure that they have every chance of success. |

Over the course of his career, Mark has worked with a wide variety of large and small businesses to help them streamline the information and workflow within their companies. With a Law Degree from York University and a Graduate Degree in Pharmacology from the University of Western Ontario, Mark has run numerous software and professional services businesses. Larger clients have included the Magna Entertainment Corp, Computer Associates and various financial institutions. Mark has managed, implemented or worked to improve implementations for many SaaS ERP/CRM customers ranging from medical services companies, to wholesalers, distributors, custom manufacturers and professional services groups.

A graduate from California University, Pam has over 12 years experience implementing ERP/CRM solutions for large, mid-size and small businesses. Prior to Skyytek, Pam was a top ERP/CRM Oracle Applications consultant and has worked both domestically and internationally for companies such as Hilton International Hotels, British Airways, Biogen and numerous small businesses. At Skyytek, Pam manages the Professional Services Division and has successfully managed and implemented most verticals on SaaS ERP/CRM solutions. |

Having worked in sales for major payroll companies such as ADP and PayChex, Jennifer heads up all our sales operations for Skyytek. Jennifer has been strategic in the growth of our partners and sales force to tackle the demands of running a SaaS ERP/CRM consulting company.
