Netsuite Re-Implementation |

Re-implementations come into play for many reasons. It is the process of redoing all or parts of an existing implementation because of a bad implementation performed by other implementation teams (internally and externally) or because your business model has changed. Generally speaking re-implementations employ two methods: start with a brand new account and do a completely new implementation, or second, attempt a re-implementation into your existing NetSuite account. The method used will depend on the outcome of a GAP Analysis performed by our Business Process Engineers.
Re-implementations are on the rise. This is because ERP/CRM software, such as NetSuite, is now fairly complex and implementations need to be performed by experienced professionals with true business knowledge - unlike most consultants. |
